Visas and immigration
A visa and a work permit are different things from different authorities. Permission to stay is not permission to work, and working without a permit carries penalties for the worker and for the employer alike.

How it proceeds
- 01
Choose the category
The category has to match what will actually be done in Thailand, not what is easiest to obtain.
- 02
The company's side
Company certificate, shareholder list, financial statements, tax filings and evidence of Thai employment.
- 03
File and follow
Filed with the embassy or with the Immigration Bureau, as the case requires.
- 04
Keep the status alive
Ninety-day reports on time, and a re-entry permit before departure where the permission to stay held would otherwise end on leaving.

What we will need from you
- A passport with enough validity remaining
- A current set of company documents including financial statements and tax filings
- Marriage and birth certificates, translated and legalised, for dependants
