Ninety-day report
The duty of a foreign national staying in Thailand continuously to notify the Immigration Bureau of their current address every ninety days, for as long as the continuous stay lasts.

What it means in practice
The report is filed in person, by an authorised representative, or through whichever channel the Immigration Bureau currently offers. A receipt slip is issued, and it is the document officers ask for when later applications are filed. Two confusions are common. The first is treating the ninety-day report as the same thing as the TM.30 notification: they are different duties and they fall on different people. The second is assuming the count restarts when the extension of stay is renewed. In ordinary practice it is leaving the country that restarts it, but this should be checked with the office handling the file.
